\nAhh… It’s October 28, the debut date set for the release of Bethesda Softworks<\/strong>‘ new role playing game Fallout 3<\/strong> in North America. Bethesda Softworks is the developer of hit role-playing game The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.<\/strong> The company says Fallout 3 will be released in October 31 in Europe and December 4 in Japan.

\nSo what kind of story line does Fallout 3 have? According to its official website, it’s not totally related to Fallout or Fallout 2. The story evolves around Washington, D.C., which they call the Capitol Wasteland<\/strong>. Survivors are long locked inside Vault 101 after the global atomic war of 2077. The year is 2277, 30 years after Fallout 2 took place. More particularly,

\nYet one fateful morning, you awake to find that your father has defied the Overseer and left the comfort and security afforded by Vault 101 for reasons unknown. \nThere is bad news for PC multiplayer gamers. Bethesday Softworks says Fallout 3 only comes with a single-player game.<\/p>\n

Fallout and Fallout 2 were released for Mac OS. But we don’t know if Mac users will ever get to play Fallout 3. We will hopefully get our hands on it and find out if it will run on our Mac with the Window partition soon.
