Dead Space was developed by EA Redwood Shores. It’s an unexpectedly interesting game. Unexpectedly, well… We didn’t really expect a lot of good quality out of this game partly because of the title. I can tell you that we have decided to introduce at least a total of four game play movies for Dead Space, covering Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 entirely.

Over the last game play video, Zach Hammond instructed Isaac to repair the tram system. Kendra Daniels disagreed. The data board is fried, and a broken tram blocks the (tram) tunnel. Isaac managed to reach the Repair Room to remove the damaged tram. There was a problem. One of the claw arms was dysfunctional. That’s where the last game play video ends.

The second Dead Space game play video starts right around the repair monitor. (See the screenshot to the right.) And it will conclude the first chapter of the game. Isaac needs to hold the second arm somehow while it’s reaching the broken tram. After Isaac initializes the tram data board computer, Daniels and Hammond will head themselves to the Bridge. Then Hammond instructs Isaac to the Kellion. But when he does… A totally unexpected accident near-kills Isaac.

Game version: Dead Space for Windows OS v. 1.0.0.222

System: Mac OS X 10.5.5 with Windows XP SP3 through Boot Camp 2.0

Game play video version: 1.0

Length: 29 minutes 14 seconds

Video file size: 273.9 MB

Video format: QuickTime

Video compression: H.264

Resolution: 960 x 600

Audio: Enabled

Please read Terms of Use for Guests before watching any of the video tutorials.

Deap Space is a product of Electronic Arts and EA Redwood Shores.

About 36 hours ago, we introduced a game play video for Dead Space, Electronic Arts‘ latest third-person/action game.
