The fact is that we are surrounded by devices that only support Windows formats. There are many digital audio devices that only generate audio files in WMA. If it’s just the matter of several WMA files, you probably wouldn’t mind using audio conversion software to convert them into one of QuickTime-readable formats, one file at a time. But what if you have several dozens of them?

Audio2QT is an easy and affordable solution to batch audio conversion. All you have to do is drag and drop one or more audio clips onto a drop box. Set an audio bit rate and a sample rate. If you accept your default export folder, then just hit the button to transcode them all into QuickTime audio (MOV). It’s so simple.

Source: MacHouse

Audio2QT supports such audio formats as AAC, AC3, AIF, AU, M4A, MP2, MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA and more. Actually, its drop box accepts any type of file. Importing a file whose audio format is not supported won’t crash the application. By the way, Audio2QT is not quite compatible with Snow Leopard yet.
