Last spring, I went to a hot-air balloon festival in California. Many people around the world showed up. It was a nice day with a lot of sunshine and little wind. The temperature rose to 85\u00c2\u00baF by noon. And then it was around 3 o’clock. Suddenly, dark clouds came out of nowhere. In a matter of a few seconds, it started raining cats and dogs. And my video camera caught this amazing scene.
