You can choose 1.66 GHz or 1.83 GHz models.  Both models use 667 MHz frontside bus with 512 MB of pre-installed DDR2 SDRAM (PC2-5300).  Apple notes that Core Duo 1.83 GHz can be 5 times as fast as 1.42 GHz G4 PowerPC model.  Both models come with Intel GMA 950 graphics professor, which uses 64 MB of the main memory.
