We have obtained a copy of an e-mail message that has been randomly distributed.  It urges the recipient to enter a website hosted in Mexico to provide account information.  The cybercriminal has presumably cracked this Mexican website (http:\/\/sommer.csommer.com\/) and installed a webpage, which has already been removed.
