\nTOKYO (MacHouse) – I’ve been quite slow this month. I’m unlikely to be able to release 5 or 6 applications per month like I used to. Well, I’ve been working on the second one of the month. It’s been submitted to Mac App Store<\/strong>. This new software release is called ObjColors<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

ObjColors is a desktop application that lets you save color objects as RGB values. Saving color objects, you can access them from application’s status menu to generate Objective-C<\/strong> or Swift<\/strong> code for Mac OS X<\/strong> and iOS<\/strong>. The default RGB color method is colorWithRed:green:blue:alpha:. If you intend to generate code for OS X, you can set your default color method to colorWithCalibratedRed:green:blue:alpha:, colorWithDeviceRed:green:blue:alpha: or colorWithSRGBRed:green:blue:alpha:.

  1. Easily pick a color from a list of 216 colors with 4 different arrangements.<\/li>\n
  2. Use Color Picker to select a particular color.<\/li>\n
  3. Drag and drop an image file onto a drop box to extract a pixel color at specific coordinates.<\/li>\n
  4. Manually enter RGB values to specify a color. Likewise, enter an HTML color value, enter HSB values to specify a color.<\/li>\n
  5. Generate a line of Objective-C or Swift code for the selected color command on the status menu.<\/li>\n
  6. Control-click on a color command on the status menu to delete that color.<\/li>\n
  7. The application supports the retina screen. (tested with 2014 2.6 GHz 13″ MacBook Pro)<\/li>\n
  8. The application does NOT support the fullscreen mode. The application window is not resizable, either.<\/li>\n
  9. Languages: English and Japanese only<\/li>\n
  10. Application file size: 10.1 MB.<\/li>\n
  11. The application comes with a complete user’s guide written in English. (Choose Help > User’s Guide.) If the application window is not around, choose Show Application Window from the status menu before choosing User’s Guide under Help.<\/li>\n
  12. The application comes with a 9-page introduction window, giving the user a quick tour over how it works.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
