If you want to optimize the video quality, there are a couple of things you need to know.  <!--more--><\/p>\n<li> 1. Compress video in MPEG-4-compliant algorithm such as DivX 5, DivX 6, H.264, Xvid and so forth.\n<li> 2. Use the aspect ratio of 4:3.  Export video with 320 x 240 or 480 x 360 pixels in resolution.\n<p>If the aspect ratio of your video is not 4:3, then the quality will be severely impaired.  We don&#8217;t know which resize filter YouTube uses, bilinear, bicubic or whatever.  That&#8217;s their trade secret.  But whatever YouTube uses, the resize video will look out of focus.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, We have uploaded more than <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/vtcs\">two dozen videos at YouTube<\/a>.  And they don&#8217;t look very good.  But that&#8217;s actually what we want.  There is a very good reason why we don&#8217;t offer good-quality videos at YouTube.  Anyway, the purpose of our uploading videos at YouTube is not entertain viewers.  Furthermore, it is true that we don&#8217;t have time enough to edit the resolution from 720 x 540 to 320 x 240 pixels.  We have uploaded one video whose resolution is 320 x 240 pixels.
