\nTOKYO (MacHouse) – If I run out of software development ideas, what I usually do is… Hmm… Well… I just get on the Internet and look around till a light bulb turns on. That’s what happened a few days ago. As a result, I submitted a new software title to Mac App Store<\/strong> a few hours ago. This new software release is called Distoria<\/strong>.

\nDistoria is a desktop application that gives you 5 tools to distort a picture. Click anywhere over the picture to use the selected graphic filter. You can apply the same graphic filter to the picture repeatedly or use a combination of these tools to distort the picture. The application supports the full stack of Undo & Redo changes. So if you want to cancel the last effect, just press Command + Z.

  4. Use Vortex to rotate pixels around the position you click on.<\/li>\n
  5. Use Hole to create a hollow area at the position you click on over the picture.<\/li>\n
  6. See the whole picture with a preview canvas when the picture is bigger than the canvas.<\/li>\n
  7. Save the current picture to a disk. Supported formats are BMP, GIF, JPEG, JPEG 2000, PNG, TIFF.<\/li>\n
  8. The application supports the fullScreen mode.<\/li>\n
  9. The application supports the retina screen. (tested with 2014 2.6 GHz 13″ MacBook Pro)<\/li>\n
  10. Languages: English and Japanese only.<\/li>\n
  11. Application file size: 10.6 MB.<\/li>\n
  12. The application comes with a 11-page introduction window, giving the user a quick tour over how it works.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
