Even if you don&#8217;t connect the Internet with wireless AirPort, as long as you have AirPort Extreme and &#8216;AirPort&#8217; is turned on inside System Preferences&#8217; &#8216;Network,&#8217; your system may be vulnerable .  Then you are expected to update your system.  According to Apple, a<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;heap buffer overflow exists in the AirPort wireless driver&#8217;s handling of scan cache updates. An attacker in local proximity may be able to trigger the overflow by injecting a maliciously-crafted frame into the wireless network.
