A new software title that I submitted to<strong>Mac App Store<\/strong> several minutes ago is called <strong>AudioHack<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>AudioHack is a desktop application that lets you extract an audio track out of a video file (MOV, MP4, MPEG, MPG&#8230;). Click on the \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcHow to Use AudioHack\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 button over the home screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/br><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<u>System requirements<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>10.11 (tested with 10.11.6), 10.12 (tested with 10.12.2 and 10.12.5), 10.13 (tested with 10.13.1)<\/li>\n<li>64-bit system<\/li>\n<li>The Internet connection is required if the user decides to user a video file on a remote server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/br><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<u>Limitations<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) is not supported.<\/li>\n<li>Supported movie container formats are 3G2, 3GP, DV, M4V, MOV, MP4, MPEG, MPG.  A video file must contain one or more audio tracks.  If the source video clip contains more than one audio track, the first audio track will be extracted.<\/li>\n<li>If the user chooses to use a video clip on a remote server, a URL must start with the HTTP protocol or the HTTPS protocol.  And a URL must end with a movie file extension.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/br><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<u>Version history<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Version 1.0.3 (Released on November 27th, 2017)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fixed is an issue where the application saved wrong values in its database file when the user opened Preferences and saved changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<p>Version 1.0.2 (Released on November 22nd, 2017)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The application did not check the Internet connection when the user attempted to access a video file on a remote server.<\/li>\n<li>Fix: When the user dragged and dropped a video clip onto the application window and then subsequently resized the window, a series of thin lines appeared.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/br><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<u>Trial\/Demo version<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Click <a href=\"mac\/mac_shareware\/audiohack\/AudioHackTrial1000T.zip\">here<\/a> to download a trial version.  This trial version will remain fully functional for 7 days, starting from the very moment you first launch it.
