If you choose Animation, the frame rate may be automatically set to a different number than you have chosen due to the short duration.<\/li>\n<li>Import a QuickTime movie to Apple Motion.  Under Motion, create a generator with Stripes.<\/li>\n<li>Select the QuickTime movie and place two filters.  One is Colorize, which you can use to change white to green or whatever you like.
