Garageband Basics for Music Dummies #2: Loops
You know what Garageband is. It’s a free music mixing application that comes with Mac OS X. It’s like iMovie and iDVD, so Garageband is not a professional application.
Mixing music is astonishingly easy with Garageband. But if you don’t know anything about music, you may wonder if you are actually on the right track, right? With this ‘Garageband Basics for Music Dummies’ series, we are hoping to help you get to know Garageband more closely. This series is designed only for music dummies who are not very familiar to the music theory but want to learn how music mixing works. Don’t get us wrong. MacHouse is not an expert in music mixing.

In the second video tutorial, we concentrate on explaining different kinds of loops. Before we actually get to mix our first piece of music, let’s see in what order we should lay tracks.
