It’s an image of a beautiful late afternoon. It’s quite typical for special effects designers of movie and video game industries to use a combination of Adobe Photoshop and After Effects to turn an image like this into a storm scene. In a matter of 14 minutes or so, a beautiful late afternoon turned into a stormy day with dark clouds, rain and lightnings.
