If you have the QuickTime Pro upgrade, in most cases, you can simply download a movie by right-button-clicking on the screen and choose ‘Save As QuickTime Movie..’ But what if you don’t get this option? In fact, you don’t necessarily need the QuickTime Pro upgrade if you just want to download QuickTime movies. Furthermore, even if you have the Pro grade, you won’t always be able to download the self-contained version of a movie. What is the difference between reference and self-contained movies, by the way?

This video tutorial shows how to download QuickTime movies that are posted at websites with or without the QuickTime Pro upgrade.
