Adobe Photoshop Creative Design #14: A Tornado Has Touched Down

One spring, I saw a guy with a dark red cap. For some reason, I decided to follow him. Then he got in a van which seems to carry a lot of interesting equipment. I think the car had a label that said National Severe Storms Laboratory or something similar. Anyway, he and another guy drove to the northeast part of the State of Oklahoma. That’s when I saw an incredible scene of a tornado touching the ground.
