Adobe After Effects – Simple Creativity #12: Multi-Screens 2D
When Steve Jobs introduced Apple TV at MacWorld in San Francisco this January, I was impressed it. And my wife was much more excited than I was. After we came back home from the show, I turned on my Mac and watched Apple TV trailer. I knew somebody was watching me behind my back. It was my wife. Then she gave me a look. You know that look. Oh, no… She wanted something badly, and she was not going to leave me alone until she got it. I had to do something before she started to yell at me in front of children. So launched Adobe After Effects.
Impressed with Apple TV intro trailer shown at Apple’s iTunes + iTunes site (click on ‘replay’), we decided to create a movie like it. But we start in 2D at first. We use 25 movie trailers, which you can download at our Cinema DataBase, and create a multi-screen scene.
