But there’s something phishy. It urges you to provide user information right at the beginning. But let’s look at the source code. “http://202.155.199.247:999” What is this? This IP address is actually hosted in Hong Kong. In fact, PayPal uses a secure protocol (starting with https as opposed to http:) at the page where their clients provide user information.

Apparently, this e-mail is sent by a group of those who never even graduated from elementary school. But beware when you receive e-mail messages using eBay and PayPal’s names.
