Question: Who’s behind the .hk pharmacy spam?
Answer: One of them can be International Legal RX Medicaions.

We were innocent enough to believe that they do not condone pharmacy spam. In fact, they write

“We do not tolerate unsolicited advertising messages.”

People who are annoyed by pharmacy spam can file complaints at its Anti-Spam Policy page. But the following screenshots tell us a totally different story. In fact, the pharmacy spam domain (usjol.hk) and one of the websites that International Legal RX Medicaions use appear to be the same. Several days ago, usjol.hk was used to redirect visitors to International Legal RX Medicaions’ other website.

We cannot tell if the website shown above is a phishing site that pretends to be International Legal RX Medicaions.

What might scare you more is that the website shown above has a certified label from Better Business Bureau.
