It appears that the video tutorials that are longer than 9 minutes cannot be viewed. The problem must have occured since we switched to a new hosting company. We are currently working to resolve the problem. Until it’s fixed,

All right. It seems that the streaming issue arises from the latest version of QuickTime. If you throw away the following file inside Preferences for a particular user, you may overcome the problem.
com.apple.quicktimeplayer.plist
However, it may not always or necessarily fix the problem.
And launch QuickTime before clicking on the playback button to watch a video tutorial. If video doesn’t play, click on the refresh/reload button on your web browser.
There are also reports that upgrading Flash Player to version 9 will for some reason fix this QuickTime 7.1.5 bug issue.
