A notorious pharmacy spammer today left us at this blog with more than 170 hyperlinks to websites that have been exploited for pharmacy spam. Every exploited webpage has a link to a spam website at medicallnetwork.com, which redirects visitors to another criminal website at unisearch.us.

Some of the exploited websites are owned by educational institutions such as State University of New York Upstate Medical University, Caldwell College, University of Great Falls, Randolph College, University of Calgary, Central Michigan University and University of South Alabama.

Last time, we notified Department of Microbial Ecology at the Univerity of Vienna and National Center for Supercomputing Applications at the University of Illinois by e-mail of their problems. But it seems that they have chosen not say a simple thanks to us for our effort in preventing further exploitations. And this time we are unlikely to contact any of the educational institutions above.
