We informed several weeks ago that QuickTime 7.1.5 users might not be able to view some of the video tutorials. If you encounter such trouble, we advise you to upgrade your QuickTime to 7.1.6. We have tested it and confirmed that all video tutorials can now be viewable with QuickTime 7.1.6.
