Adobe Illustrator Basics for Dummies #21: Designing a Christmas Card

One episode over the last Christmas season still haunts me. My wife asked me to check out some Christmas cards at Hallmark website. I found a few good designs. And she told me to order them. That’s when I found out that I had no money on the bank account for my debit card. Oh, no… I purchased a new external hard disk drive without telling her a thing. It was a Christmas gift from me to my beloved iMac. I was afraid she would find out my secret purchase. Actually, I was very scared of no meals for the next several days. I had to do something very quickly. So I launched Adobe Illustrator to design a simple Christmas card

In this video tutorial, we use a couple of cropping functions to design a simple Christmas card. The photo image used in the tutorial comes from Webshots.
