What Forms2Mail does is very simple. Forms2Mail lets users create mail templates, compose e-mail messages and send them through Apple Mail.  

Forms2Mail is designed for online merchants who send e-mail messages to their customers. For example, they can use it to create a mail template to send to customers who are to receive software registration information by e-mail. Forms2Mail lets them create mail templates. So once they create one, all they have to do is to use this template and fill out a form and click on Send Mail. And Forms2Mail will forward the message to Apple Mail. Then? Just click on Send.
