As Mr. Brose implied, the number of characters you can enter for your e-mail address in posting a comment was too small.
We set it to 20 a few months ago because of the growing problem with comment spammers. Some of the comments they post are very gross and disgusting. And we get them every day and are forced to patrol our websites a few times a day. However, we’ve set it 30. Whether you enter a valid or fake e-mail address, whether you enter a valid or fake name, you will never get your IP address blocked. We never collect e-mail addresses like xeler8r.com does to make money. On the other hand, sending a fake registration form is a different story as we are forced to check with PayPal to confirm the receipt of their payment.
We appreciate Mr. Brose for bringing it up.

These screenshots show spam messages that we received on our blogs a few hours ago. Due to its sexual context, you may find one of the messages quite disturbing. Therefore, viewer’s discretion is highly advised.
