Sobonito Investments was sued by Federal Trade Commission in 2005 for wrongful use of affiliates to advertise its websites with pornographic images. The company settled after sued by FTC. But Sobonito Investments-owned ImLive shows no sign that they will stop hiring affiliate spammers to advertise its website.
