Trimming and Conversion of Audio into MP3, MP4 (Mac Only)

This video tutorial has two folds. We first use QuickTime Pro to trim sequences of video frames. After extracting an audio track from the edited video, we use VLC (from VideoLAN) to convert this audio file into MP3 or M4A.

The version of QuickTime Pro we are using is 7.1.3. The version of VLC we are using is 0.8.5.
