TOKYO (MacHouse) – Adobe System Incorporated has released an updater for its visual effect software After Effects 8 (also known as After Effects CS3). This updater, prepared for both Mac and Windows OS, will upgrade the initial release of software to 8.0.1. According to the company, this updater

“addresses issues with MP4 import and export as well as OpenGL issues on supported video cards.” The file size of the updater for Mac OS is about 80 MB, almost twice larger than Windows counterpart because it applies to PPC and Intel-based Macs in Universal Binaries.
