Warning: Bank of America Phishing

anti spam

A cybercriminal group is now targeting Bank of America’s online customers. We have obtained a copy of an e-mail message that has been randomly distributed. It urges the recipient to enter a website hosted in Mexico to provide account information. The cybercriminal has presumably cracked this Mexican website (http://sommer.csommer.com/) and installed a webpage, which has already been removed. The installed webpage is likely to have had a redirection command that forwards visitors to another website.

Dealing with GIF Spam Messages

What’s Coming Up Next…

Mac MacHouse

We had an expected system trouble, which made one of the domains (mhouse-j.com) inaccessible for some 36 hours. As you probably know, we are currently using dual domains (mhouse-j.com and mhvt.net) to deliever the exactly same content.

Currently, we are working on 10 video tutorials for web hosting that are almost ready to be released. We have ordered a $200 audio recorder, with which we plan to embed audio commentary. But that’s just a plan. You never know what happens since this audio recorder is not officially Mac-compatible.

We also have 16 video tutorials all for Apple Motion. These Motion VTCs will be ready to go with audio commentary. Hopefully, we should be able to release the first group of video tutorials by Monday and the second group by one week from today.
