Apple Inc. has released an update patch for its web publish tool. According to the company, this patch will fixe the compatibility issue of iWeb 2.0 with iWeb 1.x. The updater is delivered in DMG image (10.7 MB).

According to the site, the patch “fixes a vulnerability that an attacker can use to overwrite the contents of your computer’s memory with malicious code,” which is the exactly the same explanation given for Microsoft Office 2004 11.3.7 Update.
