The Month of Apple Bugs (MOAB) is a group of security experts who have chosen January 2007 as the security month for Mac OS X applications. And MOAB has issued a new report concerning iPhoto. MOAB notes that exploiters can take advantage of iPhoto’s Photocast function, which allows the user to share its photo albums.

BeLight Software Ltd. has released a public beta version of its interior design software, Live Interior 3D. It is currently available for free download. The file size is 187 MB, and the program runs on both PPC and Intel Mac machines, according to the developer.

Adobe Systems Incorporated appears to release a beta version of Fireworks 9 soon. The current version of Fireworks is 8, and a new release will be in Universal Binary for Macs. The beta release of Fireworks 9 is already available at some torrent sites.
