Bank of America Phishing

We occasionally receive messages regarding Bank of America, eBay and PayPal. And we received a phishing message today that says that our Bank of America account will soon be suspended. It then urges us to log in our online account. It’s a phishing message because we don’t have an account with Bank of America in the first place. There are a few more indications that this is spam.
What Happened to These Domains?

watchesreplica.info… It was a popular spam domain, but it’s gone for good. kripodoba.com, which was once visited by some 1,000 people monthly, sent people to anti-virus software (containing adware) websites. These spam domains are wiped out because they hired Russian, Brazilian (or whatever) affiliate spammers to post spam comments on this weblog. They are so under-educated that they can’t tell who not to spam and consequently lost their domains. Idiots…

Adobe Updating Flash Player 9 to 9.0.47.0

Adobe Systems Incorporated has updated its Flash Player 9 to 9.0.47.0 for all platforms to fix security vulnerabilities. According to its Security bulletin, a system without this fix may be vulnerable to remote attacks.
As for the Mac version of Flash 9, Adobe makes available separate patches for Intel-based Macs and PowerPC-based Macs.
