TOKYO (Tom Bluewater) – The other software title that I’m releasing with Late2Office Central at the same time is called Late2Office.

Late2Office is an iOS app that lets you use your device to submit an arrival delay notice to your office manager through your phone. In order to submit a notice to them, you must have your QR code issued by them. And they need a desktop counterpart (Late2Office Central) to issue QR codes. You have nothing to set up for on your side. Just get your QR code, scan it and get your profile created. And you will be all set.

In order for your office manager to receive arrival delay notices from their employees, they must have a Linux-based remote web server and install a dozen files. Robo Desk is an iOS app that lets you use your device as a front office receptionist so that you won’t have to allocate an extra employee to deal with visitors. Robot Desk asks very visitor for their name. Once the name is confirmed, they will be then asked who they are visiting with a list of employees. The app will also ask the visitor whether or not they have an appointment. Finally, it will transmit an office visit record to its host.   Continue reading →

Search Party Volunteer is a mobile app for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch that works side by side with its desktop application counterpart called Search Party Command Center. Use this app to join a search party so that search party organizer can run their operation efficiently. TOKYO (Tom Bluewater) – September of 2018 was a horrible month. It was entirely cloudy almost every day. It rained a lot. We are now in October. So far, we’ve been having pleasant days. Anyway, if you want to use your iOS device as a direction navigator, try Driving Routes. Yup, that’s my next submission to Apple‘s App Store.

Driving Routes is a mobile app for iPhone and iPad that lets you use your iOS device as a GPS navigator on the road. When you select a destination on the road, the app will draw a route to it on the map. If you make the Sign instructions in-app purchase, the app will display a green sign at the bottom showing you the direction and remaining distance to the next section as you drive. Furthermore, if you make the Voice instructions in-app purchase, the app will give you a route direction near each section in voice (text-to-speech).   Continue reading →
