We’ve been caught up with a serious domain name server (DNS) problem for the past week. As a consequence, our mail servers failed to receive some e-mail messages. The damage is permanent. More specifically, our domains are/were pointing to an old server as well as the current one because our hosting company failed to correct DNS entries. We saw a sign a week ago that there was something wrong. That’s when our websites were inaccessible exactly one week ago. Then, again, our mail servers must have rejected e-mail messages for some 8 to 15 hours each day on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, depending on your time zone.

If you have sent messages directly to our e-mail addresses or attempted to contact us using any of the contact forms, chances are that we did not receive your messages. If you feel that you have not received a reply, please send it again. We apologize for your inconvenience.
